In This Body Group | Fall Dates Announced

Welcome to our online embodiment process group that we have named In This Body. Because it is in this body that we exist, in this body we play, move, laugh, cry and dance. In this body, and with this body, we connect to ourselves and to others. And our bodies are calling us back, whether with a gentle whisper or a more urgent plea.

We invite you to listen, and we will listen alongside you.

Details

Do you or someone you love struggle with embodiment, relationship with food or finding peace in the bodies they have?

My colleague, who is a anti-diet, HAES-oriented nutritionist and I are joining forces again to run our 5 week embodiment process group that starts in June. This is the fourth time we are hosting it together and we are so looking forward to continue creating this space for folks all across Washington state.

Our focus is to explore our relationship with our bodies and food, and to begin planting seeds of healing. Away from diet culture, beauty standards and other things that get in the way of embodiment and joy.

When: Thursdays 6:30 - 8:00 PM, starting on October 13 and ending on November 10, 2022.
